Email info@kinexentry.com. Say which event and which event you're asking about and we'll be quicker. During an event weekend, the fastest answer about a draw, a time or a payout is the secretary at that event — they hold the books.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Passwords are at least 8 characters. The email is the one you signed up with — check for a typo in the address. If you've forgotten the password, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link to set a new one.

The event I want isn't listed

Events appear when their producer lists them with us and the listing is approved. If you know the producer, point them to office access.

It says I'm not eligible

The message tells you which rule: age, an association card, or a card-holders-only event. Cards are checked against what's on your profile, so add the card there first. If the event's rules allow an exception, the secretary can enter you from the office.

Withdrawing, and refunds

Withdraw from the entry itself in the app. Whether a fee comes back depends on that event's rule, shown on its listing — many refund with a doctor's or vet's release, which you can attach to the withdrawal as a photo.

Where are my results?

Under Results in the app, as soon as the secretary records them. Payouts show once the event closes its books for that event.
